Subdit III Ditresnarkoba Polda Banten berhasil mengungkap kasus tindak pidana Narkotika jenis obat-obatan daftar G di tiga lokasi sekaligus wilayah Kota Serang, Provinsi Banten, Kamis malam (16/05/19) pukul 21.30 WIB.
Dirnarkoba Polda Banten Kombes Pol Johanes Hernowo kepada awak media, membenarkan atas kerberhasilan tim Ditnarkoba Polda Banten dalam mengungkap kasus tindak pidana Narkotika jenis obat-obatan daftar G (terlarang-red).
“Alhamdulillah, berkat informasi masyarakat kita berhasil mengungkap kasus tersebut di tiga lokasi sekaligus,” terang Johanes, Jum’at (17/5/19)
Johanes menjelaskan penguapan lokasi pertama sekitar pukul 21.30 WIB disebuah tokoh yang berkedok sebagai kios kosmetik pinggir jalan sempu Serang. Ditemukan barang bukti berupa obat Tramadol polos 227 butir, Eximer sebanyak 290 butir, Dexa Tramadol sebanyak 53 butir, Alpra Merci sebanyak 10 butir, Alpra Otto 5 butir, Riklona sebanyak 2 butir, Merlopam sebanyak 1 butir dan uang penjualan sebesar Rp.1.683.000; dan 2 tersangka FS (28) dan YS (20).
Selanjutnya, tim bergerak ke lokasi kedua, toko tersebut dengan modus yang sama berkedok sebagai Kios kosmetik di Jalan Kebun Sayur kawasan Royal Kota Serang. Tim menemukan barang bukti Eximer sebanyak 282 butir dan Tramadol Dexa sebanyak 30 butir dan satu tersangka Wahyu (20).
Tanpa waktu lama di lokasi ke dua, tim Subdit III Ditnarkoba Polda Banten lansung menuju ke lokasi ke tiga dengan kedok yang sama di Jalan Kelapa Dua Kota Serang. Disini tim menemukan barang bukti, Tramadol polos sebanyak 463 butir, Eximer sbanyak 500 butir, Dexa Tramadol sebanyak 600 butir, Alprazolam sebanyak 17 butir, Riklona sebanyak 6 butir dengan uang penjualan Rp.950.000 dengan tersangka MR (24).
“Terhadap tersangka akan dikenakan UU No.36 thn 2009 Tentang Kesehatan, Pasal 196, 197, 196 dengan ancaman kurungan penjara selama 4 tahun. Saat ini tersangka beserta barang bukti diamankan di Mapolda Banten guna proses penyidikan lebih lanjut,” jelas Dirnarkoba.( Red).
