SIDIKPOST | Kota Serang- Unit Tim Buser Satreskrim Polres Serang Kota Polda Banten, berhasil mengamankan pelaku kasus tindak pidana Pencurian dengan Pemberatan (Curat) di Kecamatan Serang Kota Serang, Jum`at (08/3/19) pukul 16.300 WIB
Kapolda Banten Irjen Pol Drs Tomsi Tohir Msi melalui Kabid Humas AKBP Edy Sumardi P SIK MH kepada awak media, Minggu (10/3/19) membenarkan atas keberhasilan dan Mengapresiasi Keberhasilan Polres Serang Kota dalam menangkap pelaku tindak pidana Curat dan Curanmor yang saat ini sedang meresahkan masyarakat, khususnya wilayah Kota Serang.
“Keberhasilan pengungkapan kasus tersebut, berdasarkan telah diamankannya Dua orang pelaku oleh Unit tim buser Polres Serang Kota Polda Banten,” Kata Kabidhumas Polda Banten
Kemudian kabidhumas mengatakan bahwa Pengungkapan kasus ini berdasarkan Lp-/ 199 / III / 2019 / Polda Banten / Res serang Kota / Sek Serang / SPKT, Tanggal 07 Maret 2019.
“Pelaku berinisial MM (33) dan MS (27) berhasil diamankan petugas dikediamanya, setelah polisi mendapatkan laporan dari warga yang mengaku motornya raib saat diparkir didepan Kantor KJJP TOTO dan Rekan. ” Ujarnya.
Sementara barang bukti yang diamankan terhadap kedua orang tersangka tersebut adalah 1 (Satu) unit sepeda motor Honda Revo warna hitam, 3 (tiga) buah mata kunci palsu, 1 (satu) kunci letter T.
“Modus mereka dengan cara merusak kunci kontak dan gembok dengan menggunakan kunci Leter T.” tukas Edy kembali
.Terhadap tersangka akan di jerat dengan pasal berlapis, yaitu pasal 363 KIHP tentang Pencurian dengan pemberatan (Curat) dengan hukuman maksimal kurungan penjara selama 9 tahun penjara.( Red)
