SIDIKPOST| KUKAR– Senang bakal mendapatkan upah dari hasil mengantarkan narkoba, ternyata malah bernasib sial. Itulah yang dialami YI (21) warga Dusun Margasari RT 20, Desa Jembayan, Kecamatan Loa Kulu, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara (Kukar). Dia harus berurusan dengan Polsek Loa Kulu, lantaran tertangkap basah membawa narkoba jenis sabu, Minggu (17/2/2019) dini hari sekitar pukul 01.00Wita di Jalan Poros Loa Kulu – Loa Janan, Dusun Margasari.
Kapolres Kukar AKBP Anwar Haidar, didampingi Kapolsek Loa Kulu Iptu Darwis Yusuf menerangkan, kasus ini terungkap saat dua personel Polsek Loa Kulu sedang melaksanakan piket, Sabtu (16/2/2019) malam sekitar pukul 21.00 Wita. Ketika itu, dua personel tersebut mendapatkan informasi bahwa di Jalan Poros Loa Kulu – Loa Janan, tepatnya di Dusun Margasari sering terjadi transaksi narkoba.
“ Dari info tersebut, anggota saya langsung melakukan penyelidikan dilapangan,” kata Kapolsek kepada harian ini.
Tepat sekitar pukul 01.00 Wita, petugas melihat seorang pria sedang mengendarai sepeda motor dan tampak mencurigakan. Ketika pria tersebut berhenti dipinggir jalan di Dusun Margasari petugas lalu bergerak cepat mendatangi pria itu.
“ Ternyata pelaku melihat anggota dan membuang sebuah barang ke tanah. Karena sudah ketahuan, pelaku diminta untuk mengambil barang tersebut. Saat diperiksa, ternyata itu narkoba jenis sabu sebanyak satu poket,” jelasnya.
Karuan saja, YI langsung pasrah setelah dirinya ketahuan membawa sabu. YI lalu dibawa ke Mapolsek Loa Kulu untuk dimintai keterangan lebih lanjut.
“ Pelaku hanya kurir yang diminta untuk mengantarkan sabu. Untuk kasus ini masih kita kembangkan dilapangan untuk menangkap pelaku lainnya,” terang Kapolsek, lagi.
Selain sabu, petugas juga mengamankan uang Rp 100 ribu serta handphone dan sepeda motor. Sementara YI dijerat dengan Pasal 114 Jo Pasal 112 Jo Pasal 127 UURI Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika.
