{"id":40496,"date":"2020-05-11T15:52:30","date_gmt":"2020-05-11T08:52:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sidikpost.com\/?p=40496"},"modified":"2020-05-11T15:52:31","modified_gmt":"2020-05-11T08:52:31","slug":"resahkan-warga-polres-majalengka-amankan-22-anggota-geng-motor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sidikpost.com\/?p=40496","title":{"rendered":"Resahkan Warga, Polres Majalengka Amankan 22 Anggota Geng Motor"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>SIDIKPOST| Polres Majalengka, Kapolres Majalengka AKBP Dr.Bismo Teguh Prakoso didampingi Kasat Reskrim AKP Wafdan Muttaqin menggelar Konferensi Pers terkait mengamankan sebanyak 22 remaja Genk motor yang meresahkan warga, Senin (11\/5\/2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam Konferensi Pers Kapolres Majalengka AKBP Bismo menjelaskan bahwa ke 22 remaja Genk motor tersebut Pada hari Minggu tanggal 10 Mei 2020 pukul 22.30 Wib bertempat di Desa Bojongcideres Kecamatan Dawuan Kabupaten Majalengka mengamankan anak-anak group motor yang meresahkan warga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lebih lanjut Kapolres Majalengka AKBP Bismo mengatakan dalam pelaksanaan mengamankan 22 remaja Genk motor melibatkan unsur Muspika, anggota Polsek Dawuan, Anggota Koramil Dawuan, Pemdes dan Warga Desa Bojongcideres, selanjutnya diserahkan ke Polres Majalengka untuk dilakukan Pembinaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bilamana masih membandel melakukan kerumunan di saat Wabah Pandemi Covid-19 akan dikenakan Pasal 93 Jo Pasal 9 Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2018 tentang Kekarantinaan Kesehatan dan atau Pasal 218 KUHP. Mereka terancam hukuman pidana satu tahun penjara dan atau denda paling banyak Rp100 juta.
