{"id":35812,"date":"2019-10-20T22:00:58","date_gmt":"2019-10-20T15:00:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sidikpost.com\/?p=35812"},"modified":"2019-10-20T22:00:59","modified_gmt":"2019-10-20T15:00:59","slug":"kolinlamil-gelar-pasukan-pengamanan-dukung-pelantikan-presiden-wapres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sidikpost.com\/?p=35812","title":{"rendered":"KOLINLAMIL GELAR PASUKAN PENGAMANAN DUKUNG PELANTIKAN PRESIDEN-WAPRES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SIDIKPOST| Jakarta, 20 Oktober 2019 &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-  Komando Lintas Laut Militer (Kolinlamil) melaksanakan gelar pasukan pengamanan untuk mendukung pelantikan Presiden dan Wakil Presiden RI yang dipimpin Kepala Staf Kolinlamil Laksma TNI Dwika Tjahja Setiawan mewakili Panglima Kolinlamil di Lapangan Mulyono Silam, Mako Kolinlamil, Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Utara, Minggu (20\/10).<br> Kepala Staf Kolinlamil mengatakan gelar pasukan pengaman ini dilaksanakan untuk mengecek kesiapan personel dan kelengkapan sarana prasarana Kolinlamil beserta unsur terkait jika sewaktu-waktu diperbantukan ke Polri.<br> Pelantikan Presiden dan Wakil Presiden akan dilaksanakan hari ini (20\/10) untuk itu semua prajurit Kolinlamil yang terlibat dalam pasukan pengaman ini harus menyiapkan fisik dan mental dengan dilandasi komitmen moral dan disiplin yang tinggi.<br> Kolinlamil menyiagakan 2 satuan setingkat kompi (SSK) yang kapanpun siap diperbantukan kepada Polri apabila situasi dalam keadaan darurat. <br> &#8220;Tetap menjaga kewaspadaan dalam menghadapi potensi ancaman anarkis dengan melakukan deteksi dini berdasarkan informasi intelijen untuk mengetahui dinamika yang berkembang di lingkungan sekitar,&#8221; katanya.<br> Kepala Staf Kolinlamil juga menekankan kepada seluruh prajurit untuk bertindak sesuai dengan <em>standard operation procedure<\/em> (SOP) penanganan huru hara.<br> \u201cKita tetap berpegang kepada SOP dan rule of engangement yang berlaku dalam penanganan huru hara. Tidak bertindak sewenang-wenang tetapi bertindak atas perintah komando atas\u201d tegas mantan Komandan Pusat Penerbangan Angkatan Laut ini.<br> \u201cDan yang paling penting bertindaklah secara humanis serta jangan lupa berdoa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa\u201d tandasnya mengakhiri arahan.<br> Penyiapan pasukan pengaman yang dilakukan Kolinlamil ini merupakan salah satu tugas TNI dalam Operasi Militer Selain Perang (OMSP) sesuai Undang-Undang Nomor 34 tahun 2004 yakni memberi bantuan kepada Polri dalam menangani kerusuhan sosial untuk mewujudkan stabilitas keamanan wilayah.<br> Hadir dalam gelar pasukan dan latihan pengamanan tersebut antara lain Asisten Operasi Panglima Kolinlamil sekaligus sebagai koordinator pelaksana serta para pejabat utama Kolinlamil.
