SIDIKPOST<\/strong> | KUKAR – Polsek Kembang Janggut berhasil mengungkap kasus tindak pidana penggelapan uang hasil penjualan sparepart bengkel di Desa Perdana, Kecamatan Kembang Janggut, Kutai Kartanegara.<\/p>\n

Pelaku, yang diketahui berinisial AM (22), diduga telah menggelapkan uang dari sistem penitipan barang yang dilakukan oleh pelapor, Budiono (39).<\/p>\n

Korban melaporkan bahwa tersangka, AM yang sebelumnya menyewa tanah milik pelapor untuk membuka bengkel mobil, tidak memenuhi kewajibannya dalam mengembalikan uang hasil penjualan sparepart yang dititipkan kepadanya.<\/p>\n

Awalnya pada Oktober 2023, AM menyewa tanah milik korban untuk membuka bengkel mobil. Setelah kehilangan dukungan modal dari pihak lain pada Desember 2023, AM meminta bantuan modal kepada korban. Korban pun memberikan modal berupa sparepart bengkel dengan sistem penitipan barang. Sistem ini mengharuskan tersangka untuk menjual barang tersebut dan mengembalikan modal kepada pelapor setelah barang laku terjual.<\/p>\n

Namun, sejak Desember 2023 hingga September 2024, pengembalian modal yang dilakukan tersangka tidak sesuai dengan jumlah barang yang terjual. Bahkan, sejak November 2024, tersangka tidak lagi menyetorkan uang hasil penjualan kepada pelapor. “Tersangka juga sulit dihubungi, hingga akhirnya diketahui kabur dari bengkel yang dikelolanya,” ungkap Kapolsek.<\/p>\n

Tersangka AM berhasil diamankan oleh pihak kepolisian. Tersangka dijerat Pasal 372 KUHP tentang Tindak Pidana Penggelapan dengan ancaman hukuman pidana penjara. ( SDP )<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
