Baik daging kambing maupun sapi memiliki kandungan kolesterol seperti halnya sumber protein hewani lainnya. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengontrol asupan kolesterol saat menikmati hidangan daging kurban.<\/p>\n<p>Ahli Gizi dari RSUD Kota Tangerang, Lia Efritanurika, menjelaskan bahwa dalam 100 gram daging sapi tanpa lemak terdapat sekitar 65 gram kolesterol. Sedangkan daging kambing tanpa lemak dalam ukuran yang sama mengandung sekitar 75 gram kolesterol.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Untuk mengendalikan asupan kolesterol, pastikan hanya mengonsumsi bagian daging merahnya tanpa lemak. Jika lemak tidak dihilangkan, kandungan kolesterol akan lebih tinggi. Selain itu, pastikan untuk mengonsumsi sayuran dan buah-buahan. Hindari pengolahan daging dengan bahan yang mengandung lemak berlebih seperti santan, minyak, margarin, dan sejenisnya,&#8221; jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Lia menambahkan, bagi mereka yang memiliki kadar kolesterol tinggi, sebaiknya mengonsumsi daging dalam porsi yang cukup dan tidak berlebihan. Jika kadar kolesterol naik dan muncul gejala seperti sakit kepala, sebaiknya mengurangi konsumsi daging.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jangan berlebihan dalam mengonsumsi daging, baik bagi yang tidak memiliki riwayat kolesterol tinggi maupun yang memiliki. Cukuplah makan satu porsi daging yang seimbang dengan sayuran untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gizi. Jika muncul gejala seperti sakit kepala atau kaku pada leher, segera hentikan dan kurangi konsumsi daging. Jangan lupa untuk memeriksakan kadar kolesterol ke fasilitas layanan kesehatan,&#8221; tambahnya.<\/p>\n<p>Diharapkan, masyarakat dapat mengonsumsi daging kurban dengan porsi yang sesuai dan tidak berlebihan. Selain itu, penting untuk mengimbangi dengan konsumsi sayur dan buah-buahan guna menjaga keseimbangan gizi dalam tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Gizi seimbang memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga kesehatan kita.
